Two roles are open at our Swinton office. One is for someone with sales experience ready to step up, and the other for someone starting out who wants to learn the trade. Both work warm leads from homeowners who have already enquired, so there is no cold calling, and both come with structured training and a clear path to progress. We promote from within, so where you start is not where you stay.

- A basic salary plus commission, so your results show in your earnings

OTE £50,000 to £60,000

For people with a sales or estate agency background and a track record of hitting targets.
Trainee Auction Consultant
OTE £40,000 to £45,000 once trained
Basic plus commission · Swinton, office based · Monday to Friday, no weekends
The entry point into property auctions. No experience needed, full training given.
